You can now add comments in Web Intelligence reports and manage them.BI Commentary allows document users to collaborate by commenting on any of the data or reporting elements available in a webi document. By default, BI Commentary creates and maintains its tables in the Audit database. However, SAP recommends that you configure a new database to store the comments from BI Commentary application.
